As we encounter various life obstacles or crises, we are forced to examine how we think, feel, and behave. While this process of turning inward can be terrifying, our increased awareness allows us the opportunity to make choices that can bring much meaning and joy to our lives.
In our sessions I will create a safe environment so you can actively engage in this process, even when you feel most vulnerable. My approach is holistic, promoting a sense of wholeness and integration of body, mind, and spirit. I am influenced by Relational, Gestalt, Transpersonal, and Psychodynamic therapies among others. My highest priority is to be present and flexible enough to cater the work to your individual needs.
